گردنه ی حیران که در فاصله بین دو شهر آستارا و اردبیل قرار گرفته است یکی از زیباترین جاده های ایران است که در بیشتر فصل های سال از ابرومه پوشیده شده است. این گردنه که از سویی توسط جنگلهای انبوه و از سوی دیگر توسط دره های سرسبز و عمیق محاصره شده است، در فصلهای بهار و تابستان آب و هوایی معتدل و خنک دارد.
