Heyran Pass, located between the cities of Astara and Ardabil, is one of the most scenic roads in Iran. It is often covered by clouds and fog throughout most seasons of the year. This pass is surrounded by dense forests on one side and deep green valleys on the other, offering a mild and cool climate in spring and summer.
